What to Expect
Your assessment includes a medical specialist taking a history specific to your claim and performing an examination. The specialist has been provided with relevant medical documentation regarding your case in advance of your assessment.
What to Bring
  • List of current medications.
  • Names of specialists you have seen regarding your injury/illness.
  • Details of where you've had imaging (X-rays, scans, etc.) done.
  • Wear appropriate, comfortable clothing that allows the doctor to easily examine the area related to your injury or illness.
  • A support person (optional); we are happy to accommodate a support person if desired.
What's Next?
Following the assessment a report will be completed and sent to the referrer. We balance completing this efficiently while considering all evidence to ensure our reports maintain validity and viability. Your report is best accessed directly from the referrer.
