4
Comprehensive Reporting
Our specialists will craft meticulous independent medicolegal reports. We will facilitate any further investigations required to improve the quality of our assessments. Our in-house Quality Audit team ensures that every report is of the highest possible quality and usually available within 5-10 business days.
1
Instructions to proceed
After receiving your referral we'll coordinate the appointment. Our dedicated team prepares everything we need in advance where this is possible. We'll contact you prior to appointment to ensure you're aware of the booking and know where to come. We want your experience to be smooth and efficient.
What do you need to prepare?
To assist us it's helpful to come prepared with information about your claim. We recommend you review where you've been seen for treatment or investigations, the names of all medical specialists you've seen and your current medical treatment including medication names and doses.
2
Your appointment day
We strongly recommend you attend the clinic 15 minutes before your assessment is due to begin. This should allow adequate time to review and complete our consent form. Without this we are unable to proceed.
What to do if you're running late?
If you're running late on the day, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to accommodate you however if you're more than 15 minutes late we may have to cancel and reschedule the appointment. With sufficient notice we may be able to undertake the assessment via telehealth as an alternative.
How long does a consultation take?
Your consultation will vary in length depending on the nature and complexity of your claim and the field of the medical specialist you're seeing. Most assessments will be done within an hour but some assessments can last a few hours. If you're unsure of anything please contact us in advance and we'll advise what to expect.
3
Completing your report
When we've finished our clinical assessment we then set to work on creating the report. If we need further evidence to inform this, such as an MRI of your shoulder, we'll coordinate this for you and await the report to include in our assessment. Our goal is provide thorough, objective and balanced assessments and we'll seek out any further evidence we need to achieve this.
4
Clear evidence for complex cases
Prior to release your report will go through 4-5 stages of internal quality control to ensure all evidence has been considered and the report is balanced and evidence based.
We're driven to remain balanced, objective and evidence based
Our straightforward process allows you to focus on resolutions instead of paperwork.
